What we collect

When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in the project fields. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that identify individuals.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer the appointment. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the practice.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project correspondence is retained for the statutory period required by our professional indemnity insurance, currently fifteen years from practical completion.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@purestructure.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date below. This version is current as of 1 January 2026.
